What I liked
I was trained in back of the house and front of the house, so I was always doing something different. The other associates were great to work with. I was able to lead the floor for hours at a time.
What I wish was different
I wish the management had been a little more on the same page to keep a sense of cohesiveness and consistency throughout the store.

Be willing to learn and never be afraid to ask questions.

The company has a great sense of community and teamwork. I enjoyed going to work and had fun getting to know customers. It was nice to also be rewarded when we reached our personal sale goals every month.

Nothing, it was a retail job and therefore, there wasn't a lot that could be different.
Advice
Work in retail for at least a month or so because it builds character and opens ones' eyes to the different people in the world.

Jump into the work, make mistakes, ask questions. Try to learn fast, but the technology comes quick with practice, so don’t worry if you don’t get everything at first.

Working at the Flagship store was an amazing experience. Fast paced environment, great team environment and working in downtown was an excellent opportunity.

That I started working at that location before February 2018.
Advice
Just always ask questions, everyone who works there is friendly, helpful. It was my favorite working experience and if given the chance I would work there at the drop of a hat.

I like that I get to engage with customers in a calm and opulent environment because I can carefully listen and respond to them. We have a very healthy workplace environment.

I wish we are able to wear our merchandise while working on the floor so customers will be inspired to try out new styles and ask about our clothes.

It is important in this position to encourage customers about their appearance when trying on clothing and build a personal connection.

Working with retail can be stressful. Just be patient and remember customers have #1 priority. Just keep a smile on your face and make sure your doing best at your job.
