Multi-grade level teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Multi-Grade Classroom Teacher to lead a classroom of fewer than 15 students across grades 3 through 8. This unique teaching role involves instruction in all core subject areas (ELA, Math, Science, Social Studies) and focuses on meeting students where they are to promote academic growth, independence, and confidence.


Key Responsibilities:
 

Plan, deliver, and differentiate instruction across multiple grade levels and subjects

 

Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment

 

Collaborate with staff to design cross-curricular units and project-based learning experiences

 

Use formative and summative assessments to guide instruction and monitor progress

 

Communicate regularly with families to share student growth and classroom happenings

 

Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development

 

Maintain accurate records and contribute to student portfolios and progress reports



Qualifications:
 

Bachelor’s degree in Education or student teaching 

 

Valid teaching certification (or eligibility for certification)

 

Experience with or enthusiasm for multi-grade or mixed-age classrooms

 

Strong classroom management and differentiation skills

 

A flexible, creative, and solution-oriented mindset

 

Passion for small-group instruction and individualized learning
