Sales & Event Marketing Intern (Paid | $12/hr + Commission | Fall 2025)

ProExpoLV is the company behind the LivingWell Senior Expo — one of Las Vegas’s most trusted and community-driven event series. We bring together seniors, families, and local businesses through 20+ high-energy expos each year at venues like Palace Station, Suncoast Casino, and YMCA centers.

This Fall 2025 paid internship is hands-on and sales-focused. You’ll help drive the success of our expos by connecting directly with local businesses, promoting vendor opportunities, and supporting real-world event logistics that impact thousands of attendees.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Make outreach calls to potential vendors and sponsors

Send follow-up emails and proposals to business leads

Use Pipedrive CRM to manage your outreach and results

Assist in designing promotional materials using Canva

Support expo operations, including vendor check-in and guest experience

Build confidence in sales, communication, and relationship management

We’re Looking For:

A confident communicator who’s not afraid to pick up the phone

Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable

Interested in sales, business development, or event marketing

Comfortable representing a brand and talking to business owners

Friendly and professional at live events

Internship Details:

Base Pay: $12/hour

Bonus: Commission available for bringing in vendors or sponsors

Schedule: ~20 hours/week (flexible with your classes)

Location: Las Vegas, NV – in-office and on-site at expo venues

Start Date: Fall 2025
