What You Will Do
- Work with assistant/technical project manager and customers to understand customer’s technical requirements
- Work with design engineers to solve technical issues and ensure technical deliverables are met in time
- Verify and validate product to meet the requirement
- Build the first article or samples
- Provide inputs for work instruction or traveler
- Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer technical requirements
- Support project manager to complete ISO documents
- Provide technical transfer of new product to related departments in beta sample, pilot run and mass production phases
- Provide product or project related training
- Provide field technical support prior to mass production and solve customer’s technical issue
- Provide market trend analysis, product technical standards, and application training for business departments
- Establish product verification standard process
- Efficiently communicate project support needs internally and externally
What You Will Need To Be Successful:
- Degrees in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar are required
- Hands-on (testing, verifying and validating) experience of hardware
- Knowledge of network architecture and Operating Systems
- 1 years of experience in PC, IPC or embedded PC industries (preferred)
- Good trouble shooting and communication skills
