
Junior Recruiter
LBG’s EvolvHR is a trusted HR firm providing comprehensive recruiting services to a diverse portfolio of clients. We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our team and assist in managing the recruitment process for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional with experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
The Junior Recruiter is responsible for supporting the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates. This role works closely with hiring managers and the recruitment team to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process. A successful Junior Recruiter is organized, personable, and committed to finding the best talent for our clients.
Junior Recruiter responsibilities may include the following but not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels to identify potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and preferences.
- Provide timely updates to candidates about their application status.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Post job openings on company career pages and external job boards.
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Assist with background checks and reference verifications as needed.
- Provide feedback on the recruitment process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 1 to 2 years in recruitment, HR, or a related role a plus.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Experience with Paycor ATS a plus.
- Experience working with multiple clients daily.
- Keeping up in a high energy fast passed environment a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
