At Intervala, LLC, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This opportunity is perfect for students who are excited to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced business environment.

🌟 Internship Overview:

You’ll be involved in a wide range of human resources activities that support our people and culture. This isn’t a “get coffee and observe” kind of internship—you’ll be hands-on, learning by doing and collaborating with experienced professionals.

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with job candidates
• Prepare onboarding packets and organize new hire files
• Help with benefit administration and employee communications
• Complete daily office tasks like filing, data entry, and distributing mail
• Coordinate pre-employment screenings like drug tests and background checks

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with care
• Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Interested in learning more about recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations
