Customer Service Representative

NORC Customer Service Representative

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative, to conduct phone surveys for important research studies. This is a data collection role – absolutely no sales or quotas!

The ideal Customer Service Representative:

  • has good communication skills and basic computer knowledge,
  • enjoys speaking with people from diverse backgrounds and professions,
  • can follow procedures for reporting project-related problems that may require help desk assistance or policy decisions,  and
  • can gain the cooperation of respondents over the phone in order to complete a survey or provide help desk assistance by being persuasive and appropriately assertive.

Day and Evening shifts available!

Starting pay $17.75 - $18.25 per hour
