Overview

Join Pro-Passion Projects as a Childcare Intern at Future Leaders Underprivileged School in La or James Town Gbekebii School in Accra. Work directly with children, support their education and development, and help create a nurturing environment that promotes learning, creativity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily care, supervision, and support for children, including feeding, dressing, and ensuring safety.

Assist with basic literacy, numeracy, and homework support.

Organize and participate in creative activities such as arts, music, dance, and games.

Teach basic health and hygiene practices, including handwashing and dental care.

Support community outreach and school events promoting child welfare.

Who Should Apply

Students studying Early Childhood Education, Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related fields.

Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic about working with children.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Open-minded, adaptable, and excited to work in a diverse environment.

Fluent in English.

Program Duration & Fee

2-week program: $899 USD

Additional week: $250 USD per week
(Fee covers accommodation with a host family, 3 meals/day, in-country transport, orientation, mentorship, and cultural & social activities.)
