Job Description: Special Education Teacher

Qualifications:

Holds or is eligible for a New Jersey instructional certificate with appropriate teaching endorsement to teach special education.

Demonstrated knowledge of effective teaching methods and developmentally appropriate classroom activities for students with disabilities.

Ability to maintain a positive learning environment.

Ability to engage students in learning.

Ability to work collaboratively.

Compensation: Following the established BTEA Salary Guide ranging from $62,244.00 to $99,585.00, commensurate with experience.

Optical Reimbursement: Branchburg Township School District offers $250 per year towards optical reimbursement including prescription glasses or prescription contact lenses.
