Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Clinical Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
  • Nurture the development of RBTs, BTs, and BCBA candidates through clinical supervision and mentorship
  • Support clients and families directly, nurturing meaningful bonds and maintaining the highest standards of compassionate and ethical care
  • Utilize evidence-based interventions to promote skill development and behavioral success
  • Work in partnership with a supportive, multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and effective treatment
  • Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, ABLLS, Functional Behavior Assessments, etc.) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and leadership opportunities

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Experience in developing and overseeing ABA programs
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills
  • Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based practices
