Intern, Survey Data Analysis

The Presidential Precinct, a Charlottesville-based nonprofit that empowers emerging leaders worldwide, is seeking 1–2 interns to support survey data analysis and visualization for our Impact Report. This paid, three-month internship runs from September 15 to December 15, 2025, and is primarily remote with occasional in-person collaboration in Charlottesville, VA. Interns will help clean and code survey data, summarize key findings, and create compelling visualizations, including an interactive map.

Ideal candidates will have experience with data analysis (Excel, R, or Python) and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, ArcGIS, or Leaflet). Students or recent graduates in Data Science, GIS, Graphic Design, Public Policy/Social Science with quantitative skills, or UX/Web Development are encouraged to apply. In addition to a competitive stipend, interns will gain hands-on experience, produce a portfolio-ready project, and contribute to a global impact initiative. UVA students may also be eligible for academic credit.
