About the Position:

Under the general direction of the Chief of the Office of Delivery Improvement & Agreements (ODIA), who is a Supervising Transportation Engineer, the incumbent will participate in the Cooperative Agreements branch and the Delivery Improvement branch and will be responsible for maintaining the cooperative agreement language library, which is a collection of legally approved, policy statements (articles) that are compiled to form cooperative agreements; The Senior Transportation Engineer (Sr. TE) will maintain The Cooperative Agreement Handbook, as well other cooperative agreement-related policy and guidance documents; and will also lead, or assist with the development of new cooperative agreement templates and training.
