Patient Care Advocate Sales Specialist

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 1 year of successful sales experience in a B2C (business-to-consumer) environment, ideally within healthcare, weight loss, dental plans, cosmetic surgery, health club memberships, or a similar field.
• Strong understanding of the sales cycle, from building rapport and identifying needs to presenting solutions and closing deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with patients on a personal level and build trust.
• Passion for health and wellness, with a genuine desire to help people improve their lives.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong computer skills (proficiency in EHR a plus).
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

In This Role, You Will:

• Conduct consultations to discuss patient needs and health goals.
• Explain treatment plans, answer questions, and address patient concerns.
• Partner with the care team to create and present personalized wellness programs.
• Educate patients on the benefits of chiropractic care and treatment options.
• Utilize effective communication and sales techniques to present the value proposition of our services.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
