Job description

You will be supporting mid- and senior level appraisers and researchers in their work. This involves strong skills in business writing, as well as detailed descriptions of commercial and residential real estate, phone confirmation of property sales with brokers, and confirmation of details with governmental agencies.

This is an entry-level or early-career research analyst position with a well-respected boutique commercial real estate appraisal and consulting firm.  

This Intership can lead to a full time position.

This is also a unique opportunity to serve as part of a team and participate directly in unique and complex commercial real estate valuation, advisory, and consultation engagements in a client-focused boutique environment.

Minimum qualifications are:

- some form of commercial or residential real estate-related work or other work experience in the business community

- a desire to learn about commercial real estate markets

- strong analytical and technical report writing skills (please submit a sample (minimum 1,000 words - of your writing capability with your resume)

- Extensive Word and Excel experience
