Customer Service & Sales Representative (Field & Phone) – Power Washing Services
- Call new and existing customers to introduce our services and follow up on leads.
- Visit customer locations (residential, commercial, and fleet sites) to provide quotes, explain services, and build relationships.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver accurate service estimates.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating services with our operations team.
- Track and report on customer interactions, leads, and sales opportunities.
