Assistant Course Facilitator
We are seeking a part-time Assistant Course Facilitator to support participants in our online teacher wellness courses. This role is ideal for someone with an education background who is passionate about supporting educators, customer care focused and very comfortable using technology. The Assistant Course Facilitator will provide thoughtful feedback on educator reflections, engage in course discussions, and ensure that course resources remain up to date and accessible.
This position is a remote, flexible, independent contractor role (1099), offering up to 20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Review educator reflections and provide meaning and supportive feedback in a timely manner.
- Actively participate in course discussion forums, fostering a sense of care, community, and engagement.
- Audit and maintain course resource links to ensure all content is accessible and functional.
- Demonstrate customer care by responding to participant needs in a timely, professional, and encouraging manner.
- Collaborate with the Professional Inspiration team to uphold high standards of educator experience and satisfaction when necessary.
Qualifications
- Background in education (teaching, coaching, professional development, or related field).
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to provide empathetic, clear, and encouraging feedback.
- Technology literate: proficient with Microsoft Word, Google Drive, email platforms, and learning management systems (Thinkific experience preferred).
- Highly independent, self-motivated, and reliable.
- Passionate about educator wellness and dedicated to showing care and appreciation to teachers.
