Administrative/Digital Operations Intern
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to directly support our founder and CEO with core administrative and digital operations. You’ll play a key role in helping us stay organized, meet deadlines, and engage our community.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in nonprofit leadership, content development, digital systems, and real-world health advocacy — all while building a meaningful resume and getting 1-on-1 mentorship from a dynamic grassroots leader.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Calendar, Forms, etc.)
Respond to emails and help track project requests
Organize and maintain digital assets (Canva, folders, templates)
Assist with scheduling, task tracking, and project timelines
Prepare documents, PDFs, and materials for meetings or campaigns
Support community engagement through surveys, contact lists, and email blasts
Learn and help apply nonprofit systems for better workflow
