Sourcing Analyst -- Investment Banking
Who we are:
The Pulse Prep is a banking, consulting, and buyside prep provider. We provide 1-on-1 coaching, an application tracking service, and operate social media platforms to keep students informed about recruiting processes for investment banking, private equity, and consulting roles.
About the role:
We are looking for someone familiar with the investment banking/private equity recruiting processes to help us further build out The Pulse's IB/PE platform. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the investment banking or private equity recruitment process (either full-time or through internships) and be passionate about optimizing user experience and planning/executing on business strategy.
The goal here is to grow the newsletter through subscriber acquisition. THIS BUILDS OUR BRAND + BOTTOM LINE. This will primarily be done through club outreach. We would like you to gather club executive's emails for business-related clubs at top-tier schools. We welcome creativity in this position. Any way you can streamline the method or find new ways to grow the user base is highly encouraged

- Is familiar with the undergraduate finance recruiting cycles
- Enjoys planning and executing on business strategy
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of their work
- Enjoys learning about the target customer and determining how to enhance their experience/better help them reach their goals
- Highly motivated with strong academic performance.
