Owner's Representative

Position Summary

Forsite is seeking a qualified Owner’s Representative to oversee an environmental remediation and construction project. This individual will act as Forsite’s on-site liaison, ensuring the project is executed professionally, safely, and in full compliance with all applicable regulations, permits, and approvals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as Forsite’s primary on-site representative.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental regulations and construction permits.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
  • Maintain daily records of site activities, inspections, and reports.
  • Ensure construction safety protocols are followed.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Support regulatory inspections and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

  • Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, construction management, or a related technical field.
  • Basic knowledge of construction safety.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, OneDrive).
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Preferred:
  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification (training provided if needed).
  • Experience with project management or organizational software.
  • Familiarity with heavy-civil and environmental construction.
  • Prior experience with similar projects in the region.

Work Schedule

On-site presence required during standard field hours:
Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Occasional Sunday work may be required based on project needs.
