Commercial Paint Estimator

We're currently seeking a Commercial Paint Estimator to join our team and play a key role in helping us win new projects and maintain our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial painting projects (interior and exterior)
- Review construction documents, blueprints, and specifications
- Conduct job site visits as needed to assess scope and conditions
- Communicate with general contractors, suppliers, and project managers
- Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes
- Prepare proposals, budgets, and bid packages
- Track and follow up on bids and opportunities
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth handoff upon project award
Qualifications
- Proven experience estimating commercial painting projects (minimum [X] years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of painting materials, application methods, and industry standards
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail and deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple bids and tasks simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license and ability to visit job sites as needed
