Remote Customer Service Representative

Company Overview

Reliant Client Care LLC. is a remote call center specializing in flexible support solutions for clients across various industries. We offer fully remote, independent contractor roles and prioritize transparency, professionalism, and agent independence.

Position Summary

As a Remote Call Center Agent, you will provide customer service for well-known brands from the comfort of your home. This 1099 contractor role allows you to choose your own schedule and work with flexibility, as long as minimum requirements are met.

Position Details

  • Pay Rate: $10.00/hour
  • Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
  • Location: Must reside in an approved U.S. state (see below)
  • Schedule: You choose your hours (minimum 15 hours/week required)
  • Training: Typically 2 to 5 weeks
  • First Paycheck: Usually received around week 5

We do not accept applicants from other states, the District of Columbia, or U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands).

Requirements

  • Must have a quiet, professional home office setup
  • Must complete onboarding and training independently
  • Must pass a brief comprehension and situational skills assessment
  • Must pass a background check and any required drug screening
  • Must be eligible to work as a 1099 contractor
  • Must commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week
  • Must pass a system compatibility check (PC scan) as part of onboarding

Computer Requirements

You must use a Windows 11 computer that meets all of the following:

  • Minimum 4 GB RAM
  • At least 20 GB of available storage
  • Hardwired internet connection via Ethernet (Wi-Fi not accepted)
  • One of the following CPUs or better:

– Intel Core i3-9000, i5-7000, i7-5000, or i9

– Intel Pentium G5400 / N6400

– Intel Xeon E-Class

– Intel Celeron J4000 / N5000

– AMD Ryzen 3 or Athlon 3000 series

ARM-based devices (e.g., Microsoft Surface or Chromebooks) are not supported.

What You Must Submit With Your Application

To be considered, you must submit the following:

  • A screenshot clearly showing:

– Your CPU (processor)

– Your RAM (memory)

– Your available storage

– That you are using an Ethernet (wired) connection

  • Confirmation that you live in one of the supported states
  • Confirmation that you can complete training independently
  • Confirmation that you are available to work 15 hours or more per week
  • Confirmation that you can pass a background check and drug screening
