New Product Introduction Hardware Intern
Hyve Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our New Product Introduction (NPI) Hardware Engineering team, which focuses on manufacturing process development for AI and Networking Data Center racks and servers.
This is a hands-on opportunity to work in a fast-paced, inclusive environment where innovation drives global infrastructure.
What You’ll Do
- Support the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for next-gen data center hardware
- Assist in automating engineering workflows and analyzing production data
- Collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Manufacturing Engineering teams
- Participate in hardware validation, bring-up, and documentation of processes
What We’re Looking For
- Students pursuing degrees in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Passion for AI, networking, and data center infrastructure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros)
- Self-starter with curiosity and creativity
