We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. Must be located near Santa Barbara, California. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, skilled in creating engaging content, and experienced in managing brand presence across platforms like Instagram, Google Business, and more. This role involves developing and executing a social media strategy, creating and posting Reels and other content regularly, and ensuring consistent brand messaging in line with our marketing plan.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media marketing campaigns
- Create eye-catching Reels, posts, and stories for Instagram and other platforms
- Post regularly and engage with followers to grow our online community
- Manage and optimize Google Business profile
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics
- Pitch my business to local media publications
- Secure food and cooking brand partnerships
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and new platform features
- Ensure consistent brand voice and style across all content
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Google Business, and other social media platforms
- Excellent content creation skills, especially Reels and visual media
- Proven experience in social media management and marketing
- Ability to develop and follow a marketing plan
- Creative flair and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
