About the Team

Are you passionate about the story behind technology and how it solves real-world business problems? As a Product Marketing Intern, you'll get a unique, bird's-eye view of how Workday connects with its most strategic customers. You will play a key role in supporting our go-to-market strategy across three critical buying centers: the office of the CIO (oCIO), the office of the CHRO (oCHRO), and our core Workday Platform technology. This role offers an incredible opportunity to learn how to craft compelling narratives for different audiences and contribute to programs that drive the success of our entire product portfolio.

About the Role

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

Go-to-Market Support: Assist Product Marketing Managers in planning and executing launch activities for new features and products across our HR, IT, and Platform solutions.

Persona-Based Messaging: Help develop and refine messaging tailored to the specific needs and challenges buying committees.

Competitive & Market Intelligence: Conduct research on market trends and the competitive landscape to help position Workday's unique value proposition for different buyers.

Sales Enablement Content: Contribute to the creation of impactful sales tools, such as presentation decks, battle cards, and solution briefs, that empower our sales teams to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, campaign marketers, and sales teams to ensure alignment and support integrated marketing efforts.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program with an anticipated graduation date no earlier than December 2026
  • You can commit to a full-time internship program for 12-weeks during the summer of 2026 and will return to university studies after the conclusion of the internship
  • You are pursuing a major in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you excel at simplifying complex concepts into clear, compelling stories.
  • Strong analytical and research abilities with a natural curiosity and a desire to understand customer needs.
  • Prior internship, coursework, or relevant project experience

Other Qualifications

A proactive and collaborative spirit; you're a self-starter who thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bonus Points: A genuine interest in enterprise SaaS, cloud technology, and B2B marketing.
