The Role: You're our voice in the market.
Your mission: identify opportunities, build relationships, and qualify prospects who are ready to transform their business with Salesforce and Slack solutions. Every conversation you start has the potential to drive real change.
What You'll Do
• Prospect across diverse markets: commercial enterprises, education & government agencies, and nonprofits.
• Build and refine a targeted prospect database using market research and existing resources.
• Execute multi-channel outreach: leverage our brand presence, run strategic email campaigns, and develop phone sequences.
• Qualify leads and schedule product demos for our Kickstart solutions.
• Track metrics and continuously optimize your outreach strategy.
Compensation and Employment Status
• Status: Paid Employee (Full-time).
• Compensation: You will receive an hourly wage that meets or exceeds the Nevada minimum wage requirement.
• Performance Incentive: This position includes a competitive commission structure based on successfully scheduled appointments and qualified leads.
What We're Looking For
• Self-motivated, organized, and resilient in face of rejection.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Curious about Salesforce, Slack, and tech solutions (we'll teach you the rest).
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Based in Nevada.
Your Path Forward
This is a paid, entry-level employment position designed for growth. The first 90 days of employment will serve as an evaluation period to test your capabilities and track your performance against set goals (number of appointments booked, pipe size, level of activities, and leads qualified). Successful performance and achieved metrics during this period will lead to a fixed-term contract or a permanent position with expanded responsibilities and continued potential for advancement within apphero tech LLC.
