The Role:
You’ll assist with full-cycle recruiting across site and central teams—PIs, Sub-Is, CRCs, Regulatory/SSU, QA, Site Directors, and central ops. You’ll partner closely with Operations and Study Start-Up to anticipate demand and build pipelines that let us activate sites quickly. You’ll own sourcing strategy, candidate experience, and the data that guides both. You’ll be hands-on with hard-to-fill roles while standing up repeatable systems for scale.
What You’ll Do
- Source niche clinical talent (PIs, Sub-Is, CRCs, Regulatory, QA, central ops)
- Build and execute hiring plans with executive leadership; define role scopes, competencies, and sourcing plan.
- Develop industry relationships that become a source of high quality referrals
- Reduce time-to-hire and time-to-site-activation
- Own candidate experience end-to-end—fast feedback, transparent timelines, respectful declines.
- Conduct interviews to assess competence
- Coordinate credentialing and GCP/ICH verification steps with QA/Compliance for a smooth start.
