Sales Operations Analyst

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to support our commercial team by accurately entering data and generating sales orders. This role ensures orders are processed correctly, efficiently, and in alignment with customer and internal requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities

Accurately input order information into our systems to generate daily sales orders

Review order details for completeness, accuracy, and consistency

Communicate with the commercial team to clarify order requirements as needed

Maintain organized and up-to-date digital records

Assist with basic reporting and data clean-up tasks in Excel

Support other administrative and data-related tasks as requested

 

Qualifications

Strong computer proficiency, including Excel and general data entry skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and organizational skills

Prior experience in order entry, data entry, or administrative support is a plus
