GOOD TO KNOW:

Our children, otherwise known as our members, range in age of PreK-12th grade. The age range you work with will depend on which of our 17 locations you are working at. Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota has Club sites that spread across Waite Park, St. Cloud, St. Joseph, Sartell, Sauk Rapids, Clearview, and Little Falls. Chances are high there's a Club close to your location, ensuring a convenient commute to work.

This opportunity is for a part-time, non-exempt position offering a reliable schedule with a good amount of hours. While the typical schedule runs Monday through Friday, the Boys & Girls Clubs are flexible and willing to accommodate individuals who can only commit to working one or two days per week.

MISSION STATEMENT:  The mission of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota is to help all the kids in our programs reach their full potential.  

The starting rate for this position is $15.15/hour. There is a potential opportunity for advancement due to one’s experience above the job requirements, performance, and tenure.
