Outdoor Adventure Leader & Youth Worker

Whitecap Kayak is a discipleship through mentoring ministry mainly to youth. The purpose statement is:  CHRIST-LIKE LEADERSHIP THROUGH GUIDE TRAINING.

We are looking for summer seasonal workers to be trained to be guides for kayak day & camping trips mainly in the Apostle Islands of Lake Superior, while working with teenage helpers. The business/ministry is also looking for a long-term director. Previous experience is not necessary. This position is suited for those who have a love for the outdoors & camping, comfort with water & desire to work with youth!


This position can potentially be partnered with a local church, Faith Baptist, of Bayfield, WI in a long-term outreach/youth ministry position.
