Customer Service and Operations Coordinator
Doo Doo Blues is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations across two states. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, manages technician routes and schedules, supports field technicians, and oversees new customer onboarding from sign-up through first service. The ideal candidate is organized, calm under pressure, customer-focused, and able to juggle multiple priorities while helping keep our routes running smoothly and our service standards high.
