Schedule: Part-time with flexible hours; evenings and weekends as needed

Hidden Brook Sporting Club is a private, luxury outdoor venue set on 285 acres in North Wilkesboro, North Carolina. The club offers an elevated sporting and hospitality experience featuring sporting clays, five stand, 3D archery, and curated private events. Hidden Brook is designed to host corporate retreats, client entertainment, fundraisers, weddings, and private celebrations in a refined, natural setting.

Position Overview:
Hidden Brook Sporting Club is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Event Coordinator Intern to assist with planning and executing exceptional events from start to finish. This paid internship provides hands-on experience across all phases of event coordination, with direct involvement in high-touch experiences for corporate clients, members, and private hosts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and managing beginning-to-end processes for a variety of events, including corporate events, client entertainment, fundraisers, weddings, showers, and private gatherings
• Support event planning logistics such as timelines, layouts, run-of-show documents, and on-site coordination
• Research, build, and maintain curated vendor and partner contact lists, including catering, bar services, rentals, photographers, florists, transportation, entertainment, and other event necessities
• Help establish and maintain strong relationships with trusted vendors, event planners, and partners aligned with Hidden Brook’s elevated standards
• Be on-site during events to assist with setup, guest flow, vendor coordination, and breakdown
• Ensure every event delivers a seamless, polished, and memorable guest experience consistent with the Hidden Brook brand
• Assist with post-event follow-up, documentation, and internal process improvements

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Interest in event planning, hospitality, marketing, or luxury experiences
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as events require
• Previous event, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
