Financial Support Analyst
Looking for a career where you can use your college degree? Access Retirement Services is looking for a Financial Support Analyst to join the team. We are a Third Party Administrator for Retirement Plans. The position will involve communicating daily with clients, internal staff, and outside parties on distribution and loan requests. This is an entry level position that has the potential for future growth within our firm.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and process distribution and loan packages.
- Review legal documents to confirm requests meet IRS and DOL regulations.
- Calculate and update vesting for payments.
- Access multiple vendors to retrieve needed information for efficient processing.
- Efficiently track and manage the process from start to finish.
- Reconcile client and investment firm data.
- Communicate with clients, participants, vendors, and internal staff.
