Hospitality Hotel Recruiter

NYC | In-office, 5 days/week 
$50-55K base + quarterly bonus 
  

The Hotel Agency is a hospitality-focused recruiting firm that partners with hotels to help them build great teams. Our work is all about people — connecting the right candidates with the right opportunities through real conversations and strong follow-up. 

We’re looking for confident, outgoing recent grads who want a fast-paced career and are comfortable reaching out, building relationships, and keeping things moving. 

As a full-desk recruiter, you’ll manage candidates from first outreach through hire, with support and training along the way. 

  

Responsibilities 

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, outreach, phone screens, interviews, candidate submissions, and offers 
  • Source hotel and hospitality candidates using LinkedIn and our internal databases 
  • Conduct phone screens to understand candidates’ experience, goals, and fit for hotel roles 
  • Partner with internal hiring teams to ensure the right candidates are submitted for each role 
  • Track and manage all activity in our recruiting systems 
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of active, engaged candidates 

Requirements 

  • Recent college graduate or early-career professional 
  • Outgoing, confident, and comfortable talking to new people every day 
  • Willing to make cold calls, send outreach messages, and follow up consistently 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Interest in hotels, hospitality, or people-focused careers 
  • Ability to work in-office in NYC, 5 days per week
