Learner Guide/Mentor

We are looking for a full-time Guide to join our learner-driven campus. This role is very different from a traditional teaching position. Our Guides observe, coach, and support learners rather than lecture at the front of a classroom.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Enjoys working with children
• Values independence, character, and leadership
• Is dependable, patient, and positive
• Is comfortable in a structured but non-traditional environment

This position has a path toward a Lead Guide salary after demonstrated reliability and strong alignment with our culture.

Experience working with children is helpful, but the right mindset and attitude matter most.
