🌟 Part-Time Receptionist / Office Assistant

📍 Location: Palmer Chiropractic Clinic - Silver Spring
⏰ Hours: 15-40 hours/week | Flexible with class schedules
💰 Pay: $16–$20/hour starting (based on experience) + bonuses/incentives
📅 Start Date: ASAP

 

🔹 About the Role:

As an office assistant, you’ll help ensure the clinic runs smoothly and patients have a great experience. You’ll work closely with the doctor and staff in a supportive and educational environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in patients
     
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient records
     
  • Assist with patient therapy modalities (training provided)
     
  • Keep treatment rooms clean and organized
     
  • Support front-desk operations and general admin tasks

     

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

  • A friendly, professional attitude and great communication skills
     
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
     
  • Availability for 2–5 shifts per week, including some evenings.
     
  • Spanish speakers are highly preferred as many of our patients are Spanish speakers
