Unified Supply is a leading manufacturer and supplier of baggage conveyor equipment for airports across the U.S. We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Entry-Level Buyer / Supply Chain Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is an ideal role for a recent graduate in Supply Chain Management or Logistics & Operations who wants hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You’ll work directly with vendors, engineers, and customers to help keep projects moving and ensure the right parts are delivered on time.

What You’ll Do
- Process purchase orders and track vendor deliveries
- Communicate with suppliers on pricing, lead times, and availability
- Support quoting process with sales and engineering teams
- Help identify and source replacement parts for customer requests
- Maintain accurate data in ERP system (Fishbowl)
- Assist with inventory planning and stock levels
- Solve problems quickly when parts are delayed or unavailable
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Clear communicator (email + phone with vendors and customers)
- Comfortable working in Excel and learning new systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset (we value people who figure things out)
Bonus If You Have
- Internship in manufacturing, logistics, or operations
- Exposure to ERP systems (Fishbowl, SAP, etc.)
- Ability to read or learn basic mechanical drawings
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $58,000 – $65,000 (based on experience)
