The Role

We are looking for a high-energy, curious, and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our growth team. This isn't a "get-coffee" internship; you will be on the front lines of market expansion, helping us identify and engage with the next generation of franchise partners. You will report directly to the leadership team and gain a "behind-the-scenes" look at how a high-growth tech startup operates.

What You’ll Do

Market Intelligence & Research: Identify target companies and key decision-makers within the restaurant and hospitality franchise space.

CRM Management: Maintain and optimize our CRM database, ensuring our sales and marketing pipeline is clean and actionable.

"Mystery Shopping" & Competitive Analysis: Perform "mystery shopping" on target customers to evaluate their current hiring friction and identify how HireNetix can solve their specific pain points.

Data Analytics: Assist in running analytics on marketing campaigns to determine what’s working and where we should pivot.

Multi-Channel Marketing: Help execute high-impact print mailer campaigns and digital outreach to drive brand awareness.

Collaborative Strategy: Support various marketing activities, from content creation to event preparation.

What We’re Looking For

Current Student: Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with modern software tools (CRM, Google Workspace, etc.) and curious about the future of AI.

A "Detective" Mindset: You enjoy digging into data and "mystery shopping" to find insights others might miss.

Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills—you can articulate value clearly and professionally.

Self-Starter: You are organized and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
