Temporary Summer Camp Counselor - Activity Leader
Study, Travel, and Recreation Inc. is looking for residential camp counsellors for an educational summer camp based out of the Iona University, New Rochelle Campus.
If you are active, energetic, confident, enthusiastic, organized, a natural leader and would like to work with international students for the summer then this job is for you.
The role of Camp Counselor/Activity Leader is directly concerned with the welfare and enjoyment of overseas camp students aged 14-17, this includes organizing and running a full range of activities and field trip style excursions both on and off site. We offer accommodations on campus for the entire length of the contract.
Positions available from July 19th to August 2nd 2026.. The contract offered is for 2 weeks of employment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Live in New York and have right to work in the USA
- High school degree
- Experience with and a responsible approach to working with young learners
- All applicants are subject to background check

Pay: $600.00 salary per week
Room and board is included on campus (meals included)

Schedule:
- 12 hour shifts
- Monday to Friday AND weekends (Must have weekend availability)
