Job Overview
Seeking an experienced part-time and full-time on-site apartment manager for properties located in the Central, Zachary, Denham Springs, and Baton Rouge areas. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service and communication skills. This role will be responsible for daily operations of rental property, ensuring tenant satisfaction and maintaining property’s value. Duties include tenant screening, lease management, collecting rent, unit inspections and addressing tenant concerns. Other administrative support services will include verification of receipt of supplies, communicating with corporate office to facilitate processing of tenant annual recertifications and provide documentation for accounting processing.

Experience
- Previous property management in the affordable housing industry preferred, but not required
- Previous customer service
