Marketing Intern
- ConnNext is building the go-to community for young professionals who want real, meaningful connections — not just a follower count. We're early-stage, fast-moving, and looking for a curious, driven marketing intern to help us grow our user base from the ground up.
What you'll work on
- Design and run growth experiments to acquire new users — A/B tests, referral loops, landing page optimization, and more
- Track and analyze key acquisition metrics — conversion rates, CAC, channel performance — and present findings to the team
- Identify and activate community-led growth channels — campus ambassador programs, social partnerships, waitlist campaigns
- Help craft email and in-app messaging that turns sign-ups into engaged, retained users
What we're looking for
- Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- Curious about how consumer apps grow — you've read about growth hacking or followed a startup's launch with genuine interest
- Comfortable with data — you can pull numbers together, spot a trend, and tell a story from it
- Self-starter energy — you don't wait to be told what to do next
Bonus: experience with tools like Notion, Figma, Canva, Mailchimp, or any analytics platform
