Part-Time Tech and Office Assistant

Location: Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006

Schedule: 3 days per week, 2–3 hours per day

Pay: $20–$25/hour, depending on experience

We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, tech-experienced individual to provide part-time in-office support for the CEO of Pennsylvania Capital Management based in Huntingdon Valley.

This role is a good fit for a college student or early-career professional who is proficient with Apple products. There may be office projects to support as well if time permits.

Responsibilities will include:

  1. Tutoring our CEO on iPhone functions and techniques on questions and basic troubleshooting
  2. Supporting CEO on how to expand his use of AI as it relates to his industry
  3. Assisting with email, calendar, contacts, apps, photos, and settings
  4. Helping organize notes, files, and office materials and updating new tips and content of YouTube and other sources weekly.
  5. Running light administrative tasks as needed

Ideal candidate:

  1. Multi-tasking with an IPhone and technology with the goal of improving time and project management.
  2. Patient and clear when explaining steps and creating simplistic methods to connect IPhone with AI applications.
  3. Reliable and punctual
  4. Organized and willing to help where needed using tech tools
  5. Able to work onsite with flexible hours 3 days per week
