We’re currently looking for a skilled Metal Finisher to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform stainless steel grinding and finishing to meet USDA and 3A sanitary standards
  • Identify and properly use abrasive pads, discs, wheels, and belts required for different finishing tasks
  • Use both manual hand-finishing techniques and mechanical equipment to achieve required surface finishes
  • Follow established procedures and tooling specifications to meet customer quality expectations
  • Inspect and ensure finished surfaces are free of defects and meet detailed tolerances
  • Collaborate with welders and fabricators to ensure seamless transitions between welded and finished areas
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a metal finisher or in a related role, preferably in stainless steel for food or dairy applications
  • Working knowledge of finishing tools, abrasives, and techniques
  • Ability to meet high standards for sanitary finish and cosmetic appearance
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints or finishing specifications
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills
