Location: Bismarck, Dickinson, Williston, Grand Forks, Fargo
Job Type: Part‑Time / Variable Shifts

About the Role

We are seeking dependable and professional Security Officers to support the safety and daily operations of our client sites. This position is ideal for students or early‑career professionals interested in public safety, operations, or customer service. No prior security experience is required—paid training is provided.

This is a non‑law‑enforcement role focused on presence, prevention, observation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned areas to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Control access points, including employee and visitor check‑in
• Observe and report safety concerns, incidents, or unusual activity
• Conduct routine patrols (foot or vehicle, depending on site)
• Provide professional customer service to employees, visitors, and staff
• Respond to incidents according to established procedures and training
• Complete accurate reports and documentation as required

Schedule & Work Environment

• 24/7 operation with day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available
• Fixed or rotating schedules depending on availability
• Indoor and/or outdoor work depending on assignment

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to remain alert, professional, and reliable during assigned shifts
• Strong communication and observational skills
• Basic computer or report‑writing ability
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform routine patrols
• Must be eligible for required background checks and licensing (if applicable)
