Flooring Technician – Hardwood Refinishing & LVP Installation

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Northeast Wisconsin

Mr. Sandless Wood Floor Refinishing is a growing flooring company specializing in hardwood floor refinishing, hardwood floor sanding, staining, restoration, and LVP/LVT flooring installation. We take pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and customer service while maintaining a positive team culture.

We are looking for a motivated Flooring Technician to join our team. Flooring experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Refinish hardwood floors using our proprietary sandless refinishing system
  • Assist with hardwood floor sanding and refinishing projects
  • Perform staining and coating applications
  • Assist with LVP/LVT flooring installations
  • Load, unload, and maintain equipment and materials
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site
  • Communicate professionally with customers
  • Follow company procedures and quality standards

Qualifications

  • Flooring experience preferred
  • Experience in hardwood flooring, LVP/LVT installation, construction, remodeling, painting, or general labor is a plus
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
