Social Media Whiz to build Author Platform

Psychotherapist (counselor) & speaker who is allergic to social media, substack, and all the rest needs a highly motivated social media manager to start building author platform to support traditional publishing efforts. #1 qualities that are absolutely non-negotiable: 
1. Integrity and work ethic.

2. Relentless dedication (that doesn't mean I need to call you at 2am. That means, I need you to take initiative to do what needs to be done without me looking over your shoulder. 

3. Willingness to learn what it means to build an author platform and then take the initiative to do it.

Expectation: You will build and implement strategy to try and move the needle on "author platform" which is shorthand for "authors have to have an established "audience" in order to attract the attention of large traditional publishers" for someone who despises social media (me). 

Duration: 3 mos with additional time if it goes well.
