Structural Engineer

Johnson Burkholder Associates is seeking structural engineers to join our growing consulting engineering firm.  

Responsibilities will include the preparation of design calculations, drawings, and specifications for buildings and building-related structures for multiple clients (including several major national retailers) across the country.  Effective collaboration with architects, designers, and building contractors is also important to the success of the applicant.  Occasional travel for pre-construction or post-construction reviews may be needed as well (short trips of 1-2 days typically).  

B.S. or M.S. in Civil or Architectural Engineering (structural emphasis) is required.

Good written and verbal communication skills are important as well.
