Structural Engineering Intern

JBA is currently offering a structural engineering internship for the Summer of 2027. We are looking for Architectural Engineering or Civil Engineering students with an emphasis in structural design. This position will provide the opportunity to apply your classroom learning in a real-world design environment under the supervision of one or more experienced structural engineers. The type of projects will vary, but will typically involve smaller remodel projects. These projects will provide the opportunity to use structural design software, Revit, and AutoCad to put together complete projects. You will likely interact with Building Code Officials, architects, drafters and other engineers in order to complete and issue each project.
