Director of Academic Systems and Institutional Research

Viewpoint School is seeking a Director of Academic Systems and Institutional Research. The Director of Academic Systems and Institutional Research will manage systems to lead and support the development and operation of the academic program. Oversee the collection and analysis of research data relevant for strategic institutional programs and priorities.

Primary Functions:
• Oversees management of systems for student information, learning management, scheduling, and curriculum mapping
• Coordinates the development of the Master Schedule annually; works closely with academic leadership to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely distribution of faculty duties, course offerings, and room assignments
• Informs decision-making by the School’s academic leadership related to curriculum, scheduling, course proposals, and credentialing
• Analyzes and distributes research that supports the strategic functioning of academic and other departments at Viewpoint
• Serves as the School’s liaison to the University of California; maintains the NCAA list to the UC list and the AP list
• Plans, implements, and assesses the School's standardized testing, and supervises the work of the AP Coordinator
• Coordinates the preparation of the Curriculum Guides of the School as well as other documents and processes related to student scheduling
• Assumes a major role in the periodic re-accreditation of the School
