Under direction of the Disposal Alternative Unit Manager, Permit Section, in the Bureau of Land, receives training and performs a variety of basic engineering functions pertaining to permit review of waste management sites requesting to treat or store waste.  Under close review and approval of the Unit Manager, reviews basic engineering design plans submitted by applicants and assists higher level engineers with waste treatment or storage method determinations.
