Executive Assistant to the Founder/CEO

Gabbi makes women the experts on their bodies and improves patient outcomes.

What We Do:
Gabbi is a digital platform with a mission to decrease delayed diagnosis and disease incidence amongst women by making women the experts on their bodies by:
  • Assessing risk
  • Providing actionable insights
  • Connecting to valuable resources
  • Monitoring and tracking your progress
  • Recommending vetted products

Where We Are Now: We are an early stage startup in beta. We have a full executive team and are in the process of developing a clinically validated algorithm. We are pre-revenue. Our first focus is on breast cancer.

What We are Looking for: 
Executive Assistant.
An individual who is passionate about women and/or women’s health. Who enjoys a fast paced environment and is a self-starter. Someone who can learn on the job, innovate and implement processes, takes direction and feedback well but is also comfortable “owning” projects and an excellent communicator. Superb organizational skills and multi-tasker. 

Work alongside the CEO + Founder and be an integral part of growing this healthcare disruptor located in Portland, OR. You would be the “right hand person” to the Founder + CEO and work with her day to day. You would have the opportunity to work on the following projects:

  1. Administration Management
  • Communicate with Investors, Employees, prospective Partnerships and set meetings for the CEO
  • Manage and prioritize the CEO’s email communication
  • Schedule and research travel
  • Communicate with the national team (East Coast and West Coast)
  • Setup and create process for cross-functional project management, prioritize tasks and meetings for CEO
  • Organize databases in: google drive, dropbox, icloud
  • Research industry, partnerships, and organizations
  • Assign jobs and tasks to other staff members

Remote Work Structure:
We are currently a fully remote team, and use Google Hangouts to conduct meetings. You will be required to attend:
  • Onboarding sessions with the founder/CEO
  • Daily standup meetings with the Gabbi team
  • Meetings to coordinate work with the founder/CEO and other team members
  • Regular 1:1 meetings with founder/CEO for coaching and mentorship.

Compensation:
In collaboration with your university you will receive class credits as outlined by your institution based on meeting the scope of work.
Additionally, you will get to join in on the company retreat and company outings. And assuming you meet all determined benchmarks, be given preference if interested in being hired at the completion of the internship.
